Calling University of Waterloo students!
Renting can be complicated, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. We have teamed up with WUSA – Waterloo Undergraduate Student Association to offer free legal support sessions to help you get the clarity you need.

Finding a place to live is challenging enough without the added stress of rent costs, living conditions, and everyday expenses. On top of that, students sometimes navigate what extra charges a landlord can or can’t impose, their responsibilities as tenants, and the rights they have in the space they pay for—whether it’s a room, apartment, or house.
